K0H 2P0 Dear Adam, Amy, Regarding your request to terminate your lease for the house at 1037 Oak Lane S., Olden, Ontario, please be advised that I do not agree to an early termination of your lease. The term of the lease continues until March 31st, 2014 and you continue to be liable for the balance of the term. If you choose to vacate the premises in breach of your obligations under the lease, you will be held liable for any loss of rent or expenses that may be incurred. That being said, if you are able to find a suitable replacement tenant to assume your obligations under the lease and replace the income that would otherwise be lost, I am prepared to reconsider my position stated hereinabove. In any event should you choose to vacate the premises in breach of your obligations under the lease, please be further advised that the house was professionally cleaned before you took possession and that it is therefore your responsibility to see to it that the premises is returned in the same condition.
