Timezone data for PHP 4. This huge arrays is serialized and included only when needed for PHP 4 timezone compatibility. Originally used results from calling the PHP 5 timezone_abbreviation_list() function, but found that included many historical timezones that made the file huge, and distorted results by returning historical instead of current info, so it was reworked with only current timezone info.
